RACI Role Definition Responsible
This is the person responsible for completing the task or making the decision. They are the ones doing the work.
Accountable
This is the person accountable for the outcome of the task or decision. They are responsible for making sure that the task is completed correctly and on time.
Consulted
These are the people who need to be consulted during the process. They may have important information or expertise that is needed to complete the task or make the decision.
